New Dawn is a vanilla plus survival server that feels a lot like a Hermitcraft style world. It is in its first season so the world feels fresh but people are already starting big towns and megabuilds. The whole vibe is about building cool stuff trading and working together on shared projects.
The server runs Minecraft 1.21.10 and supports both Java and Bedrock so friends on different platforms can still play together. It keeps plugins minimal so it still feels like normal Minecraft with more immersion and not a ton of extra game modes.
The community is friendly and pretty active and it is meant for players who are 16 or older. People here care a lot about creativity and big projects instead of just rushing the game. This is a small modded server run by an adult who wants a world that feels really connected. Players are invited to make community builds that actually matter and fit together instead of random stuff everywhere.
The modpack is pretty heavy and needs a good amount of ram but the gameplay still feels close to normal Minecraft. It is like vanilla plus with lots of quality of life and decorative mods. The big difference is the Create mod and some extra tools for building.
One of the main goals on this server is to build a central bank and use Create Numismatics to run a real player economy. People can work on community projects and almost treat them like government contracts and grants which sounds super fun if you like building for a purpose.
The server is whitelist only and meant for mature players. There is no strict age number but everyone needs to be respectful. The rules are simple. No theft. No griefing. PvP is only allowed when both players agree. And do not be a jerk to others.

PancakeSMP is a vanilla Minecraft survival server that feels really calm and chill. When I joined it felt like everyone just wanted to build cool stuff and relax together.

HermitLike SMP is a survival world that feels a lot like Hermitcraft but smaller and more chill. The server has been open for about two months so there is still a ton of space to build and plenty of room to start shops and make your own base.
The server runs on version 1.21.9 and allows both Java and Bedrock players to join so people on PC console and Switch can all play together. There is a shopping district at spawn where players build stores and use diamonds as the main currency.
The gameplay is mostly vanilla and there is no pay to win and no voting or crates. The few plugins are used for quality of life and security like grief protection. The staff team is active and they watch for trouble makers and help new players get started.
The community is friendly and peaceful and there are events and a live online map so you can see what everyone is building and where they are. It is a good place if you like chill vibes nice builds and working with other players instead of fighting them.

PeaMC is a pure survival server that feels like old school Minecraft. When I joined it looked and played like classic survival with no crazy plugins in your face. You just join and start surviving.
There is no teleporting at all so you actually have to walk or sail or ride to get around. It makes the world feel big and adventures feel more real. There are no land claims so building feels like singleplayer. You just pick a spot and build.
The server is vanilla style so there are no plugins that change how survival works. You can make teams and invite your friends so you are not alone. PvP is allowed so you can fight other players if you want.
The rules are pretty strict about being respectful. Hacks and exploits are not allowed. Harassment and slurs are not allowed either. Griefing and stealing are banned so you cannot destroy bases kill pets or take items from other bases. Spawn killing is also not allowed.
They also ban destructive PvP like using respawn anchors end crystals and minecarts to blow up builds. That counts as griefing so they tell people to avoid it. The owner and mods are active in the game and on Discord and the community feels chill and friendly.
PeaMC supports both Java and Bedrock from 1.7x up to 1.21.11 so it is easy to join from most versions.
