Hey gamers, I’m a 21F who has been grinding on this Minecraft server for almost a year now. I’ve been helping out my older sister (28F) by babysitting her two little Minecraft villagers (4M and 2F) while she goes off to mine for diamonds. At first, I didn’t mind because I love my little Minecraft nieces and nephews, and I wanted to help my sister out since she was struggling to find enough emeralds.
But here’s the plot twist: I was doing it all for free. No diamonds, no enchanted gear—just a “thanks, sis” at the end of the day. I didn’t mind at first because in Minecraft, we help each other out, right? But now, my creeper-fighting skills are in high demand, my mining expeditions are getting more intense, and I’m just exhausted. I finally approached my sister and told her that I’m happy to keep babysitting, but I need some sort of payment or at least a more manageable schedule.
She went full Ender Dragon mode. She told me I was being selfish and that in Minecraft, family shouldn’t charge each other for services. She said she couldn’t afford to hire a babysitter and relied on me to keep the Minecraft world running smoothly. I tried to explain that I’m not trying to hurt her, but I need to focus on my own quests too. Her response? “If you truly cared about your Minecraft niece and nephew, you wouldn’t be asking for diamonds.”
Ouch, critical hit. Now even the Minecraft villagers are getting involved, saying I should just help her out because “that’s what Minecraft family is for.” But none of them are offering to step in and babysit the little ones themselves. 🙄
So, fellow gamers, am I the Ender Dragon for setting this boundary, or am I being selfish by asking for diamonds for my time and energy? Join this Minecraft server for some family drama, epic quests, and maybe even some diamond rewards for your hard work!
