I found a paid Java server that has been kept running for years by the owner. It is a super small place right now and it is mainly for two people who just want more friends to play with.

The main Overworld Nether and End are never resetting so you can build big projects and keep them. You can claim land with GriefPrevention and use sethome so your builds stay safe.
