This server is called The Ridge and it feels really cozy.
Right now they are playing a modpack called Homestead A Cozy Minecraft Modpack. It is a tight knit group so people seem to know each other and the vibe is very wholesome. It sounds like a place where you can relax and just play for fun.
They change modpacks sometimes when the old one gets quiet. So the server does not stay stuck on one pack forever. If you like trying new modded packs with the same group of people this is pretty cool.

GlowySMP is a new semi vanilla whitelisted SMP that feels really cozy and calm. The community is friendly and griefing is not allowed so your stuff stays safe.
The server has an economy system so you can earn money and trade with other players. There are player warps and player shops that make it easy to travel around and buy or sell items. Landclaims keep your builds protected and there are community events so people can play together.
There are jobs you can do for money and a resource world you can use for mining and gathering. PvP can be toggled so you only fight when you actually want to. The server also has PyroFishing special crates and ranks plus mobcatchers for more ways to play.

Aurora Isles SMP is a new Minecraft survival server that uses a custom modpack. The mods are picked so they each add something cool and the pack does not feel cluttered. Some of them are about dragons and horses and exploring lots of islands.
The server has a big focus on roleplay. People like to do How To Train Your Dragon themed stories and other types of rp. Players are encouraged to make lore for their characters and for the world if they want to but it is never forced.
There are events giveaways gatherings and games that are inspired by How To Train Your Dragon like dragon fighting and other challenges. The world uses a special seed that makes the map feel more immersive for adventure and roleplay.
They also put in performance mods so more people can run the modpack and join without lag. The community is described as friendly but the rules they do have are taken very seriously. If someone breaks them staff acts fast and cracked accounts are not allowed at all.

This server is a hardcore vanilla style SMP and it is still pretty new. It has been open for less than a month so the world is not super old yet.
The main idea is that you only get a limited number of lives. When you use up your deaths you get banned for the rest of the season. Each ban gets longer until you are gone for the full season so dying actually matters a lot.
You start with some basic tools and you also get invisibility and regeneration when you spawn. This is so you can get away from the spawn area safely. They said they do not really have spawn killers but they still protect new players just in case.
The server runs 24 7 and it is a free community server with no ranks and no pay to win stuff. It is on Minecraft 1.21.11 and it works with Bedrock 1.21.131.
Overall it feels like a simple but tough survival server where every life counts and the community is just there to play fair hardcore vanilla together.

PurpleSMP is a small survival server that feels really calm and safe. It is made for players who just want to build cool stuff and not worry about rude people ruining everything. It is all about relaxing PvE and just enjoying the world for a long time.
The server has land claims so your builds are protected. Every block someone places or breaks is logged. Your inventory is backed up when you join or leave or die. Staff can restore things if someone breaks the rules. There is also a strong anti cheat that alerts staff and can react fast when it catches something.
There is no shop and no money system. The whole economy is based on what players do and trade themselves. You can level up skills with mcMMO so normal tasks like cutting trees feel a bit more special.
PvP is off by default but if you want to fight you can turn it on with a simple command. There are extra player vaults when your normal inventory is too small. The server also has an online map where you can see the world kind of like looking at it on a map website.
The world is meant to be a forever world and they do not plan to reset it. The community is small and friendly and it is focused on being a safe place to enjoy the latest versions of Minecraft.
