I found a Realm that is made for people who want a long term survival world. It is relaxed and friendly and it is meant to last. It stays vanilla focused but it has a few extra things that add more depth.

There is a custom currency and NPC shops. You can also do optional upgrades like extra hearts and faster movement speed. Players can run their own shops and protect them and set trust.

You can build solo or team up to make towns and big group bases. They do regular community events like building contests and casual PvP tournaments. PvP is always optional and just for fun.

A gravestone system helps keep your items safe after you die. The rules are clear and simple with no hacking griefing stealing or unwanted PvP.

Most of the community is adults with busy schedules so there are no activity requirements. You play when you want. Discord is required for talking and event announcements.
