Paragon SMP is an anarchy style world but it is not full chaos. You can steal from people and do some light griefing but the idea is not to blow everything up and ruin the whole map. It feels more like sneaky survival than pure destruction.
The server uses Simple Voice Chat and you actually need it if you want to join. That means most people talk instead of just typing. It makes teaming up or betraying people way more intense.
There are no extra gameplay mods besides performance stuff so it still feels like normal Minecraft. Keep inventory is off so dying actually matters and makes every fight risky.
The world is 10,000 by 10,000 so it is not infinite and players will eventually run into each other. With around 50 player slots it can get busy but still feel like a small community. The server is also LGBTQ friendly so everyone can feel safe playing.
To join you have to go through a whitelist application and then wait a bit to get accepted. It gives off the vibe of a semi anarchy server where trust is rare but the community still has some respect for each other.

Banana Split Realms is a casual Bedrock realm that feels like a chill place to hang out and play.

This server is called North Survival and it is a semi vanilla pvp world that is starting Season 3. So it feels like a fresh start for everyone.
From what I see they want new players to join the community and just play together. The server has click villagers so trading and managing villagers is really easy.

This is a new survival server called The Doghouse SMP and it feels like a chill place if you just want to play Minecraft without drama. The world is fresh and it is semi vanilla so you still have to grind but you get some helpful commands.
You can claim land so your builds stay safe and nobody can ruin your stuff. They really do not want griefing here and they want everyone to have fun without messing with other players builds.
The server has both Java and Bedrock so you can play with friends no matter what version they use. There is simple tpa so you can teleport to other players and a spawn command so you can get back to the main area fast.
