This server is called MinecraftOffline and it feels like a simple but really intense survival world.
You play normal Minecraft but there is a lifesteal system. When you kill other players you gain hearts and when you die you lose hearts. If you lose all your hearts you actually get banned so every fight matters a lot. New players get a one hour grace period so they do not lose hearts right away.
There are a few small plugins that make life easier. You can set a home with a command and teleport back to it. You can also send teleport requests to other players to meet up. There is a vote shop where you spend vote tokens on things like custom name colors and a custom MOTD.
Combat is very serious here. There is a plugin that locks commands during pvp and it punishes people who try to combat log. If you log out while tagged you get replaced by an npc that can be killed and it drops all your stuff. There is also a plugin that stops crazy movement hacks and one that cuts down really bad chat spam.
The server tracks stats like playtime kills and deaths and you get rewards when you hit milestones. Players can also vote to skip the night by using a simple command.
