Spugunke is a new survival SMP that feels really community focused. It is semi vanilla and made for people who like long term worlds and playing together for a long time.
The server is all about player made towns and teams. Anyone can start a town or join one and build shared bases farms and big projects. Some teams can focus on pvp or exploring or gathering resources. You can also play solo if you want and still fit in because it supports both competitive and relaxed players.
Rules are relaxed but still fair. Griefing stealing and random killing are not allowed. Pvp is only allowed when everyone agrees first. That means town or team battles can still happen but they are organized and not just chaos.
Spawn is supposed to be a real community area instead of just a spot to appear. Players can build there and hang out so it feels like a shared city. People also like to be social and a lot of players are on at the same time and talk in voice calls while they play so it feels like a real group of friends.
Spugunke lets Java and Bedrock players play together with full crossplay. It only uses vanilla enhancing plugins like tpa sethome spawn protection and logs for grief protection so the normal survival feeling is still there. Moderators are also needed as the community grows so early players can really help shape the server.
