Spugunke is a new semi vanilla SMP that is all about community and long term survival. The world just started so new players can help shape the map and be part of the first towns and big projects.
The server is focused on player made towns and teams. You can team up to build shared bases farms and huge builds or make groups that like pvp exploring or gathering resources. You can also play solo if you want since the server supports both competitive and relaxed playstyles.
Rules are relaxed but still fair. Griefing stealing and random killing are not allowed. PvP only happens when everyone agrees so there is no constant chaos. Town or team battles can still happen if all sides say yes.
Spawn is planned as a shared community area with player builds and a place where people hang out. Players are social and often play at the same time and talk in voice calls so it feels like an active community.
The server supports full Java and Bedrock crossplay so players on different platforms can play together. It uses only vanilla enhancing plugins like tpa sethome spawn CoreProtect DiscordSRV and Java to Bedrock crossplay to keep survival close to normal Minecraft but with better quality of life.
There is an End event planned for later so players can gear up and get ready. The server is also looking for moderators as the community grows.

This is a modded SMP called The Broken Script and it has around 150 mods so it feels pretty stacked.
You get a ton of tech mods like Create IE Mekanism and Actually Additions. There is CC Tweaked with Advanced Peripherals so you can do computer stuff. Ex Deorum is in here too so you can work through modded resources.
For food and farming there is Farmers Delight with a lot of addons and some Lets Do style mods. There is Mystical Agriculture and Botany Pots so you can grow a lot of resources in a more automated way.
If you like fighting and magic there is Cataclysm and Irons Spellbooks plus some addons. There is also The Undergarden and a pack called Codmod so you get some extra places and content without totally breaking normal Minecraft.
The server keeps normal Minecraft world generation. There are almost no biome mods or heavy worldgen mods. Anything that edits worldgen is more like vanilla plus instead of completely crazy.
The rules are really strict. There are only two rules and breaking either one is an instant permaban. The owner expects you to read the whole verification message and does not accept I did not know as a reason to appeal.
Overall it feels like a modpack where you get huge tech and magic power but still play in a pretty normal Minecraft world.

DiamondHeart SMP is a small lifesteal based PvP server with around 30 people playing. The server is moving into its second season with new improvements after getting good feedback before.
It runs on PaperMC and plays mostly like normal Minecraft. The only big change is the lifesteal plugin. It is not a modded server but client side mods are allowed as long as you follow the rules. There is anti cheat and the staff try to keep the server fair for everyone.
The server is made for players of any skill level who want a fun short term mostly vanilla PvP world. It is community focused and tries to stay fair. Small YouTube creators are welcome and some players plan to make content from the SMP.
There are clear rules plus information about events and server details on their discord. The goal is to keep everything organized and make the server enjoyable for all kinds of PvP players.

CollideCraft is a long term lifesteal SMP that is starting fresh after a world corrupt. The owners are setting it back up and want more players to join for this new restart.
The server feels semi vanilla and keeps the gameplay simple. There are a few plugins to make things better but nothing that changes the game in a crazy way.
You can play however you like. Some players focus on building bases. Some like PVP. Some just wander around collecting flowers. It is made for all kinds of play styles together.
Both Java and Bedrock players can join and play together so it is easy to hop on with friends. If you want a chill lifesteal world that can last a long time this server is worth a try.

The owner is building a multi game server directory and is adding a ton of features over time. There are more features on the way and fixes are still coming too.
The site is hosted with websim so it can help fix code errors and keep things running. Right now it feels like a work in progress and it is kind of cool to watch it grow.

This server is all about a player driven economy. The owners really want players to control the market so almost everything is based on trading with other players instead of only using admin shops.
There are chest shops that players can make at their base or in a special player mall. These connect to a GUI market so you can browse shops fast with a command instead of walking everywhere.
There is also an auction house that is made for faster trading. You use a command to open it and it is good for high end items and short time sales.
My favorite part is the order system. If you cannot find an item anywhere you can make an order and set your own price. Other players can then fill that order. This helps keep items moving around and slowly builds real prices on the server.
The whole world and its economy are meant to feel like they are shaped by the players. If you like trading and markets and want to help build a new economy this server is made for that.
