I found Anarchy Network and it is a semi anarchy survival server that tries to feel like vanilla. It has very few changes so most stuff is just normal Minecraft and you can play how you want.
The server is up all the time and it supports Java versions from 1.7.2 to 1.21.11. The world is huge with a 2 million block border and it is meant for long term play since there are no map resets.
PvP and griefing are allowed and there is no pay to win. There is also no teleporting except for a spawn command so people far out can still get back to civilization. Nether roof access is allowed and phantoms are removed and only half the players are needed to skip the night.
