About Us

SoftSlayer is a Semi-Vanilla Survival server full of history that has been around for over 13 years (est. June 2011). We’re a friendly community that welcomes everybody as long as you love Minecraft! Our server is small and sweet, with the average number of players online ranging from 15 to 35. The map is permanent (no map resets, map has been live since June 2023), and there is keepInventory in the overworld. There are no P2W perks, and no land claim; we rely on the whitelist and tracking add-ons to keep your builds grief-free.

Rules

    Posalon Geo-Pol Nations At War

    Posalon is a worldbuilding server that has been running for over a month and it stays active. People play from different places and it supports crossplay between platforms.

    Right now the server is in a war era with nations going after each other. You can start your own nation and build it up with towns and projects or you can join a side and fight in the bigger conflict.

    The main feature is Movecraft so players can build working ships planes tanks and submarines for huge battles. It also uses Brewery X plus lands guns a stock market and shops. The goal is not just conquest it is making shared history with the community.

    Sunday Random Item Challenge Event

    I found a one day Minecraft event where everyone gets a totally random item from the game registry. It can be anything from strange debug stuff to normal blocks like dirt. The point is to deal with whatever you get and see what happens.

    It is happening on Sunday February first at 3pm EST. It is hosted on a dedicated external server and the host says it is set up to be really hard to mess with using hacks or backdoors.

    The host goes by Vae and they manage and host servers. They want a safer nicer community where people are encouraged and not toxic.

  • Minemist Towny Wars And Server Lore

    Minemist Towny Wars And Server Lore

    Minemist is a small Java server on 1.21.11 that opened on November 25th 2025. It is hosted in Sydney Australia so it is a nice spot for Asia Pacific players who hate high ping.

    The main vibe is Towny with nations and war plus a server story. There is an entity called Misty who is watching and trying to understand humanity. You are basically living in a simulated civilization where you can join or start a town then grow into a nation and fight for control of the map.

    War is used for politics more than chaos. Only nations can declare war on towns and if they win they can occupy your town or plunder money. You can also talk it out and join a nation to avoid war.

    Raiding items from chests and breaking crops can happen but destructive griefing is not allowed. Staff can roll back damage if it happens so builds are still meant to be safe overall.

    There are extra systems like jobs a culture system progression ranks enchantment tweaks MCMMO chest locks an auction house player warps and player vaults. The endgame is slowed down and is more about power territory and owning the map instead of just beating the dragon.

  • HomesteadCraft 21 Plus No Reset SMP

    HomesteadCraft 21 Plus No Reset SMP

    HomesteadCraft is a Java SMP for adults only 21 plus. It is meant to be calm with no drama and no kids. The main map is about 4 years old and it does not reset so people can keep building huge projects and it only grows with new updates.

    The server runs on Java 1.21.10 and it has a few quality of life plugins. Stuff like one player sleep and some skills and better loot. There is also anti grief claims and most plugins can be toggled off if you want a more vanilla feel.

    There are separate resource worlds for the overworld and nether and the End. The End resets weekly so players can keep doing runs. It is normal difficulty and there is a player run shopping district plus a Gaming Island. There is no required playtime so you can play whenever.

    Movecraftia WarshipCraft Fleet Warfare Beta

    Movecraftia also called WarshipCraft is a server that is built around Movecraft first. It is focused on making huge ships and moving them for real. There is even a screenshot showing engines at full throttle with smoke so you can see the craft working.

    The server is operational but still in beta. Most bugs are said to be patched and they are working on balance plus shops. There is a current shop you can use in game.

    The world is a 1 to 4500 scale Earth map and it has IRL accurate ore distribution. The staff team is active and they say they do not use anticheat software. Cheating is the one rule they enforce hard and the rest can be flexible for RP with fun penalties sometimes. They also say they do not censor builds.

    Native version is 1.21.4 on Paper with Java 21 and any 1.21.x can join. Java Bedrock and cracked players are all supported.
