MoleCraft is a Bedrock SMP for adults only. The group is mostly 25 to 35 and it has players from the USA Canada EU South Africa and more.
It is pure vanilla with no mods or plugins. It is also console friendly since they use a custom one click join bot so Xbox PlayStation and Switch players can get in easier.
The vibe is hermit style with shopping areas group build events and optional nation roleplay. Voice chat is very active if you like hanging out while you play but it is not required.

KrustyKraft is a Minecraft Bedrock SMP community that has been around for over 9 years. It feels super active and friendly and the staff team stays involved so people can be heard.
They run things through Discord with fast support plus suggestions and yearly member surveys. New people go through a simple application so staff and recruits can get to know each other.
The server is on a Bedrock dedicated server and a realm is just used as a lobby to join it. Season 9 has been up since July 2023 and it has monthly chunk prunes plus a shopping district.

AeternalCiv is a geopolitical civilization building server where players write the story. You can be a citizen or a king or queen or just a hermit and do your own thing.
It has reinforcement with Citadel and snitch mod so land and bases feel more protected and politics can get real. It also runs Slimefun and Origins plus Brewery and ValhallaMMO.
There are seasons and levelled mobs with RPG mechanics. There are custom recipes too and more changes are planned since the server is still in active development.
