Bone Voyage is a survival multiplayer RPG server that tries to feel like old 2012 SMP but with modern RPG stuff.
It focuses on keeping things simple and easy to understand. There is almost no learning curve so you can just join and play. The goal is still to build survive and thrive while using new systems that feel familiar.
The server has a custom economy with player shops custom currencies and player to player trading and auctions. There are hundreds of custom items and over 300 new enchantments so you can build your own style of character and grow your riches how you want.
There are tons of adventures and dungeons for 1 to 4 players. With EliteMobs you can explore new worlds get custom loot weapons armor and try a bunch of custom mechanics and areas. This is the most complex part of the server but it is fully optional so you can ignore it if you just want to chill.
Progression is based around both EliteMobs and MCMMO. No matter if you are fighting through dungeons with the Adventurer's Guild or mining under your base you are always working on your levels and not wasting xp.
The owners keep balancing and adding content and they plan to replace outside plugins with more custom stuff over time so the server keeps feeling fresh and made for the players.

Iperios is a survival server where players make their own nations and fight for power. You build your country and decide your own government laws and ranks. If you do not want to lead a nation you can just join one that already exists and help it grow.
The main idea is geopolitics. There are special resource camps in the world that nations can conquer. When your nation controls these places you get resources for your expansion. You use this to get stronger and to claim more territory. There are many different resources and buildings you can make and the staff explains everything in their channels and with support.
The server uses McMMO so you can level your skills and become stronger in fights. There are custom enchants to make your gear more powerful. Dynmap lets you see the world map. GriefPrevention is there so players can protect their land. SilkSpawner lets you pick up and move spawners.
To join you first get whitelisted and then a staff member shows you the basics. New players get a starter kit. After that you are free to start your journey build your nation and join the wars for land and power.

Surrealism SMP V2 is a long term survival world where people actually stick around and play together for a long time. It feels like a place where players build history instead of just hopping in and out.
The server is semi vanilla and has an RPG style survival vibe. You can join or make clans and fight for your own faction. There is an economy and player shops so you can grind and trade and slowly build up your own little empire.
You can choose to play peaceful or go into PvP so it fits different play styles. Some people will probably focus on building and exploring while others go for battles and strategy.
The community already has more than 35 members and it is hosted in Asia. It is made for versions 1.21.10 to 1.21.24 and it supports crossplay and cracked players too.

This is a semi anarchy Minecraft server that tries to feel really close to normal vanilla survival. It has very few rules and not many changes so you mostly just play regular Minecraft but with more danger.
The world is huge with a big border and there are no map resets so anything you build or destroy can stay there for a long time. PvP and griefing are fully allowed so you always have to watch your back and hide your base.
There is no pay to win and no teleporting so you have to travel the world yourself. The only command you can really use is spawn so players far away do not have to be stuck alone forever. Things like nether roof travel are allowed and phantoms are turned off and nights can be skipped easier.
The rules are mostly about stopping cheating and being awful in chat. Exploits lag machines and duping are not allowed and you also can not spam or use harassment or racial slurs. Besides that players can pretty much do what they want.
You can join on a lot of different Java versions and it works best on a newer version. The server is online all the time and feels like a place where you just jump in and try to survive however you want.

This is not really a normal Minecraft server. It is a service that gives you one reverse tunnel for free while it is in beta. That means you can use it to connect to stuff like your own Minecraft server without paying.
Right now all the features are free. You get one tunnel that you can just use and test. If you ever need more traffic you can even ask and they will give you extra.
It is mainly for promotion and testing but it still feels nice because you do not have to spend money. You just try it and see if it helps you and your friends play.
