The Coffee Pot is a newer group that is trying to make a forever world where people keep building for a long time. It is an adult server and the vibe is about community. Some players team up on big builds and some players just go solo and make their own empires.
The main server is survival and it stays close to the standard Minecraft feel. It uses vanilla plus style plugins like an economy and land claims. There is also a creative server for testing and a separate adventure server for exploring. They even have a hardcore server that fully resets when anyone dies.

I found a big project server idea that is all about lore and story. The whole world is planned to be custom made and inspired by the servers own lore.
It is meant to have no mods at all. The gameplay and the look of things like models items and cosmetics are going to come from what the lore team creates.
They are trying to form a real team not hire people. They want lore writers the most plus an illustrator 3D modellers who use Blockbench and know resource packs pixel artists and a project manager who can organize tasks with tools like Notion or Trello.
