Project Viridia is a Minecraft Cobblemon roleplay project that is trying to tell a big movie style story instead of a normal lets play. It is set in a custom region called Viridia where the wild areas can be scary and the city lights hide secrets. Pokemon are treated like friends but also like tools which makes the world feel a bit darker.
The idea is that different creators start far apart in the region and each one follows their own storyline. The stories can connect over time and it is meant to be high effort and multi perspective.
They are looking for builders and writers right now to help make the world and the lore. Later they also want POV content creators server developers and actors to play NPCs. It is not paid and it is meant to be a passion project. They also mentioned that some people might chip in a little money to help pay for the server.

Zest Creative is a city build server with a long running tight knit community. The world uses a very large custom terrain map and people build together all the time.
You can do optional geopolitical roleplay with lore and worldbuilding. If you want in you can mark a claim and staff will put it on the map so your story can start. You can also mark towns and settlements too. If roleplay is not your thing you can just build and chill since it is totally optional.
There is a short application before you can join and it is mainly to filter out griefers. After that you can get access to world edit and other helpful commands.
