I found a chill whitelisted vanilla survival server for 1.21.3 with a small community vibe. It stays mostly vanilla and it has a few tiny qol plugins.
The rules are light and the mood is relaxed. You can build explore and just hang out. Griefing builds is not allowed but PvP is fair game.
The world border is set to 10k for now. All ages are welcome and the server is hosted in Germany. New features might get added if the community asks for them.
