Players can choose between Houses for a more normal survival loop or Cults for a tougher start with a stronger endgame. Both sides use element style types to represent them and they connect to different myth gods.
Guilds are a huge deal here because every guild needs a leader and a guild town. These towns are meant to show off what your guild is about with stuff like player gyms a unique main attraction statues of your deities and guardians a train station a plaza shops and more.
There are two modpack options one meant for higher end PCs and a lite option for lower end PCs.

I found a new Minecraft server that is still being built and it is looking for beta testers. The owner wants people to join and help test things while the server is in development.

RegionsSMP is a seasonal survival server that is still in alpha. It is a work in progress and stuff is being tweaked so it is not the final product.
Players get split into two teams and you pick a side. Then both teams fight over regions across the map over about a month. When you claim a region it gets protected from the other team unless they own a region right next to it. That makes a lot of back and forth fights and a big warzone feeling.
The server owner treats it like a passion project and wants to improve each season. It is war and PvP centric but they also want room for different play styles. The server says there is zero pay to win and no unfair advantages. Commands like tpa warp and sethome home are open to everyone.

Pickmc is a semi vanilla survival server with a semi anarchy vibe and a lot of player vs player action. It is inspired by StrengthSMP so it uses a plugin with classes and buffs.
The world is meant to stay around since there are no resets. There are also no claims so people can build trade or set traps and you can expect player drama.
It runs on Purpur and it is built to allow most farms and redstone compared to a lot of other servers. Hacked clients and mods that give unfair advantages are not allowed. Taerel Network is a modded Fabric survival project that is still in progress and not public yet. It is focused on building a big lobby hub and a survival spawn that feel like a new strange world beyond an ancient gate.
The style is mainly gothic or high medieval fantasy. Builders get a lot of creative freedom as long as they stay inside that vibe. The project is large scale and includes shaping terrain building paths portals structures and interiors.
The building is done on a dedicated workshop server on Minecraft 1.21.1 Paper with Fast Async WorldEdit. This is meant for experienced builders who can handle high detail and big projects and not really for beginners.
