I found a new public server made for the Homestead modpack by Tokimi. It runs on Fabric and the listed version is 1.2.9.4.
There is no whitelist so anyone can join and start playing. Griefing is allowed so it is smart to hide your house and not build in obvious spots.
The owner says to be kind and they will ban people if there is proof of stuff like swearing hate speech or other negativity. There is also a Discord where you can report players if you need to.
This is a survival server where chaos is the whole point. PvP is on and griefing is allowed so you can fight and raid and build at your own risk.
The world is from 2010 and it never resets ever. People can leave marks everywhere and the map keeps getting more messy over time.
It also has a custom portal plugin that works like a gameplay based home option. Chat reports are off and the server says you can say what you want unless it is illegal content.
Admins are not the clingy type so you mostly get left alone. If you want a rough server where players run the show this one fits.
