Electron SMP is a small semi vanilla survival server where talking and teaming up matters a lot. It is whitelist only so you have to apply and they like good applications.
The spawn is built by the community and the rules are strict about no griefing so people can actually work together. Bases are supposed to be above ground and CoreProtect is used to keep underground bases in check.
PvP is allowed so you can fight and even steal items but you still cannot grief and you cannot kill villagers. The gameplay stays vanilla first with no kits and no PvP zones so it feels like real survival.
They also use simple voice chat with proximity so having a mic helps. There are Diamond SMP style events with ARG type challenges and rewards like limited netherite dragon egg rewards and one unique mace per season. You need Discord to join and apply.
