It is whitelisted so the community stays friendly and so builds are safer from griefing. People are looking for more active players who will actually play in game and not just sit in Discord.

Both Java and Bedrock players can join which makes it easy to play with friends on different platforms.

I saw features like player shops with an economy plus a jobs system. There is land claiming to protect your stuff plus custom enchants and things like PyroFishing and mobcatchers. PvP is a toggle so you can stay chill and there is also a resource world and community events.

Heart Destruction is a lifesteal SMP where every fight actually matters. If you beat someone you can steal their hearts and that makes people play way more careful.

It has fast paced PvP and a lot of clans and alliances that can flip into betrayals. The whole story is basically made by the players.

There are events every few weeks so things do not get boring and the world stays active and unpredictable. If you hit zero hearts you get banned so you really have to think before you swing.

It is whitelist only and it runs on the latest version.

Helvetia SMP is a brand new whitelisted survival server that just launched. It is meant to be chill and small so people can actually know each other.

It runs semi vanilla on Paper 1.21.3 with only a few plugins so it still feels like normal Minecraft. Simple Voice Chat is installed and more features might get added later if the community wants it.

Rules are light and the vibe is relaxed. You cannot grief builds but PvP is allowed and treated as fair game.

The world border is set to 10k right now. All ages are welcome.

I found Ordinary SMP and it is a vanilla survival server for Java 1.21.11. It tries to stay updated so players get the newest stuff.

The community is small and active with people from different places. Players like to build together and work on big shared projects so it feels like a real group world.

It is whitelisted so the server can keep things respectful. They also use Ledger to track activity and help investigate griefing or stealing.

Elysium is a small Java server that just reopened with a fresh start in early November. It is a multi world setup and it is looking for players who are 18+ to join the community.

The Survival world is on 1.21.10 with a 10k by 10k border and mcMMO skills. It goes for a more vanilla feel so teleport commands are off except for /home bed and travel is meant to happen with a Nether roof system. There is also a spawn shopping district where players can make chest shops and use diamonds as money.

For builders there is a Plots world with 85 by 85 plots so you can build in peace. You start with one plot and can earn more by moving up build ranks.

There is also a Creative superflat freebuild world for bigger community builds and shared projects. You can build together if everyone agrees and griefing or changing builds without permission is not allowed.

A Hub world connects everything and you can use /spawn or /hub to get there. It has hangout spots plus an amphitheater for community events. There is also a second Creative world that is a perk for higher build ranks.

I found Taerel Network and it is a modded SMP that leans hard into a dark fantasy feel. It has lore about finding a sealed gate and stepping into a strange portal place with an azure sky. From there you head into a colorful world that still feels risky and unknown.

The server runs custom modpacks and the biomes can be different depending on the server. The world is meant for exploring and settling in, with a spooky night vibe and weird sounds out in the dark. The staff is said to be friendly and active and the owner is around and willing to help.

The big thing is there are no resets so the map is planned to stay permanently. It is whitelisted so you have to get approved before you can join.

Konohaven is a modded survival server running All the Mods 10 version 5.4. It started on December 19 2025 and it is hosted in the Eastern US in Virginia.

The server plays on Hard difficulty and it has single player sleep so nights are not a big pain. There is also a live map so you can check out the world.

The group sounds goofy and friendly and they care a lot about community and being inclusive for everyone. Voice chat is optional with Simple Voice Chat and you do not need extra mods just to join.

It is whitelist only and they usually want players to be 18+ to apply. They also run a Cobblemon server and a semi vanilla SMP if you want other options.

3. No Griefing: Don’t break, hurt, or mess with stuff that ain’t yours.
4. No Stealing: Keep your hands to yourself.
5. Farm Rules: Ask before using farms or villagers that ain’t yours.
6. No PvP: Only fight in games or if both say yes.
7. Stay Active: If gone for 3 months, your stuff might be taken. Talk to a mod if you need a break.
8. Discord Matters: Leaving or getting banned speeds up rule 7.
9. Rule Breaks: Mods decide if you get a warning, temp ban, or perma ban.
These rules may sound tough, but they want a chill place. Pranks are okay as long as you don’t wreck others’ stuff!
