I found the Pixel Craft Network and it is a survival multiplayer server where you can jump in from pretty much any device.
It is set up so players can join from anywhere and get started fast since the info you need is provided for you. They are also looking for staff and they want people to apply through their site.
It feels like a server that is trying to grow a community and bring in new players who just want to play and have fun.
