Alathra is a Minecraft server where people build towns and kingdoms and make their own stories. It uses Towny so you can claim land and grow from a small village into a huge city or even an empire.
The world is custom with glaciers volcanoes mesas and other cool terrain so exploring actually feels different. There are more than 140 custom weapons and special armors so combat is way more interesting than normal vanilla.
There is a huge brewing system with the Brewery plugin where you can craft tons of custom drinks and run a tavern. Fishing is also custom with more than 50 kinds of fish and special rods and bait so even fishing feels like its own game.
The server has a bunch of immersive plugins like lockpicking siege weapons horse combat a war system fast travel ports carriage stations and customizable NPCs. There are random mob encounters like Bog Frogs and you can also summon strong bosses for rare loot.
Alathra has rich lore with a wiki and players make religions conflicts and organizations. Most of the story is made by the community so your character can actually matter in the world.

United Lands is a Minecraft server that uses a big Earth map that is scaled down. Players make towns and nations and fight over land and politics. It feels like a world map strategy game but inside Minecraft.
The server is built around Towny so you can claim land and shape your borders. You can join an existing town or start your own and try to become a powerful nation. There are wars and alliances and lots of roleplay between players.
There are 7 different jobs you can pick from and they have skill trees so you can level up and get stronger abilities. You can unlock special gear like Masterwork Armor and perks like more sethomes or even flying inside your town.
The economy is fully player driven. There are no admin shops. Players make their own shops using player warps and sell items to each other. Some shops have better prices and some have more stock so you have to explore and find the best deals or try to run your own shop.
