Eternal SMP is a semi vanilla survival server that is all about PvP and mystery. It runs on a full Java server but it also allows Bedrock players so more people can join. The world has dropped lore and hidden structures that are not scripted. Players can explore and slowly figure out what happened and find prizes along the way.
The server uses game changing plugins. Invisible players get censored in chat when they kill so nobody knows who did it. There are Easy Gapples and a plugin to pick up villagers. There is also a special Infuse plugin that lets players brew potions with custom abilities that can give you an advantage in fights or help other people.
Eternal SMP has an economy system where the goal is to become the richest player on the server. You can flex how much you own and try to dominate the server wealth. Combat is based on netherite gear but maces tridents and elytra in combat are limited because they are very strong.
The server is always online and has daily activity. There is a pearl cooldown for more balanced fights. Voice chat is supported for players who like to talk while they play. The server version starts at 1.21.X so it uses the newer Minecraft features.

This server is called Ethis and it is a semi vanilla SMP that feels a lot like Hermitcraft. It runs on Fabric 1.21.10 and is hosted in Germany. The world is pretty simple and close to vanilla with no tpa commands no land claiming and no homes so you travel and live in a more natural way.
The community has been around for about five years. People there know each other well and try to be inclusive and friendly. Some players work on big builds and redstone projects. Others just mess around and play for fun. You do not need to be super good at the game you just need to be kind.

WithTheCat is a modded Minecraft community that has been around for more than 13 years and it really feels like a long running world of friends.
The server is hosted in Finland on strong hardware so it is made for long sessions and big modded worlds. EmberSteal SMP is a multiplayer world that mixes ideas from lifesteal and other power based servers into one place. It is all about fighting and stealing and keeping your progress safe.
When you kill another player you have an equal chance to steal one of their hearts or one of their effect bundles. There is also a third special mechanic that is planned but not shown yet. Everything drops as embers so your gains are never fully safe.
You can craft effect bundles yourself and stack them. If you eat the same bundle again it upgrades from level 1 to 2 and from 2 to 3. All of this is done with custom datapack effects so it feels fresh.
The goal is to make progression feel fast and dynamic but still balanced because other players can steal what you worked for. It is planned for Java and maybe Bedrock and they use simple voice chat so fights and team ups feel more real.
The server is still being worked on and they want people who are down to join or help test it once it is ready probably around mid December.

This is an anarchy style Origins server where every player gets a totally different way to play. There are over 150 different Origins and nobody can pick the same one so your powers and your downsides are just yours. Campfire SMP is a small 18 plus server that wants to last for years and not just a few weeks. The world started in September 2025 and the goal is to never reset. It is semi vanilla with a whitelist so it feels like a real survival world and not a minigame hub.
The server runs on Purpur 1.21.9 and is self hosted 24 7 in Las Vegas. There are some plugins and data packs that add quality of life and admin tools but it still feels like normal survival. There is no tpa or home so you actually travel and build roads and nether tunnels.
