I found a recently started vanilla plus SMP that is pretty much set up on the server side with the needed plugins. It is still early so it feels like you can actually help shape how things go.
They have around 10 players right now but it sounds like it is usually quiet with only a couple people on at a time. The owner is looking for someone to team up with and help get the server going.
They want a person who can make videos and they are talking about real affiliate rewards later with shares of store profit once it is established. For now they will advertise your channel to their members and give you a strong media rank. If you want to help in other ways too they are open to that.
