This server is called Malgazars Lair and it feels like a small group of friends hanging out.
It is mostly vanilla survival with just a few extra things to make life easier. One of the plugins is VeinMiner so breaking ore is way faster and feels really smooth.
The community seems very nice and positive. People are active and actually play together and talk. It feels like they care more about the people on the server than about having a ton of random players.
The server runs on the latest Java version and it looks like they try to keep it stable and solid. If you want a semi vanilla world with friendly players and simple chill gameplay this place fits that really well.
