I found a simple whitelisted vanilla server that stays on the latest Bedrock version. It is made for people who just want to play Minecraft the normal way with other players.
There are no mods and no fancy spawn. It feels friendly and focused on survival and hanging out.
If you want in you have to do a quick application on their Discord before you can join.
