I found a survival server that feels like semi anarchy and it does not reset. People can PvP and raid so you have to build smart if you want your stuff to last.
There are no claims and no kits and no pay to win. Clients are allowed but movement stays vanilla so it still feels fair.
You can use /home and /tpa to get around. There are voting cosmetics too. It supports Java and Bedrock and it is on 1.21.11.
Someone even showed off a huge fortress kingdom base called King Julian’s base and it looks like a whole kingdom built for war.

This server is a long term vanilla survival world that is meant to last for years and not just for short seasons. The world does not reset and there are regular backups so progress actually matters.
The gameplay is simple survival without pay to win stuff. There are no kits and no land claims. Bases can be found so hiding and protecting your build is part of the game. The world feels player driven and you have to rely on your own choices.
The server is made for both Java and Bedrock players and it tries to keep things fair. Movement stays vanilla and unfair movement gets blocked or nerfed so no crazy advantage from one platform.
You still get some helpful commands like sethome home and tpa. Voting gives you one extra home for 24 hours so it is a small reward but not game breaking.
