Ultimate Hardcore is a hardcore SMP where death is forever and it really sticks. There are no revives and no second chances so if you die you are done.
The world is massive at 300000 by 300000 blocks and it never resets. PvP is on and raiding and griefing are allowed everywhere so you always feel like something could happen.
It stays close to vanilla but it has a few plugins to make hardcore more intense. I saw stuff like player heads, looting dead players Ender Chests, Simple Voice Chat, and deep stat tracking.
People form alliances and grab land and start wars then eventually they die and their stuff gets left behind. Nothing is scripted and it is all made by the players.
It runs on version 1.21.11.
