Mythvale is a new Java server launching soon and it is made for people who want Towny wars without losing everything in one night.
I noticed it is not about random raiding. Wars have real rules and the fights are done through SiegeWar. Land cannot be permanently taken and there is no offline land loss so builders do not get punished for having a life.
The map uses custom built terrain and the world is meant to be permanent. They plan to expand later and add new continents over time.
It also has a player driven shop economy and balanced progression. Combat stays vanilla and there is a simple beast kit. They are looking for founding towns war leaders staff members and long term players from day one.

PeaMC is a survival SMP that tries to feel like classic Minecraft again. You do not get teleports and there are no land claims. It is meant for surviving traveling building and meeting people the normal way.
It is whitelist only so it is harder for trolls to get in. The community is chill and the owner and mods are active in Minecraft and Discord.
The server supports crossplay for Java and Bedrock from 1.7x to 1.21.11. You can form teams and invite friends. PvP is allowed but griefing stealing from bases killing pets and spawn killing are not allowed.
New players get PvP disabled for one day so you do not get farmed right away and it can be turned off. Destructive PvP like TNT beds respawn anchors end crystals and minecart PvP is not allowed since it can wreck builds. Maces are banned too.
