The Anchor is a survival SMP that is trying hard to treat players seriously and actually listen to feedback. It feels like the kind of place where staff wants the community to be seen and where big changes get thought through with players first.
It supports cross play so Java and Bedrock players can be on the same server. The overworld is meant to never reset so your progress can stay for the long run. There is also a separate resource world that resets monthly so you can gather materials without ruining the main world.
The server has playtime based ranks with longer gaps between them so it feels earned. There is also a claim system that protects builds and claimed areas cannot be griefed. After you reach the second rank your claims are permanent.
There is a tag system too. By voting or using the vote shop you can get keys for a crate that can give one of 42 unique tags to show next to your name. You can try to collect them all and later you may be able to trade them.
