Ventox is a modern Factions server that blends features from SMP, cannon based factions, and HCF to create a unique competitive and casual Minecraft experience. Build teams, develop your base, and work together to gain value over the course of each map. The server features a custom skill system, machines, quests, and an evolving economy with shops and settlements. Frequent events run throughout the day and week, including custom fishing, gold panning, archaeological excavation, bosses, and a constant KOTH style event. Players can choose between a high risk unclaimed base with greater rewards or a claimed base that requires more upkeep but offers protection. For a more relaxed playstyle, there is also an SMP like mode with custom skills, quests, boosters, scrolls, and crystals separate from the competitive environment. Ventox delivers a fresh experience every season, with weekly or biweekly updates that introduce new concepts and economy changes so that every map feels different.
