Outbreak is a team based PvP infection gamemode. In Outbreak you play as either a human or a zombie. As a human, your objective is to stay alive until the time runs out. You can loot chests, craft items, and take shelter. As a zombie, your objective is to infect all remaining humans before the time runs out. Gold can be earned through playing games and spent on different items to gain advantages. Zombies can utilize kits while humans can customize their starting items at the beginning of each round.
