PIWCS 4 Minecraft server
PIWCS is a small server with a white list and its own collection of mods on version 1.7.10 for survival. The assembly is industrial-realistic with a little touch of magic. The idea of the server is to gather a friendly community of players. Initially, the server was designed for friends, but soon we decided to invite players – it’s more fun together!The server has existed for three years and we have already managed to gather a core of about ten people. The server runs on a separate machine, which is in my lap – with a separate Internet connection, domain name, etc. Online 24/7. A small website with a forum runs on the same machine.
How is this server different from 100500 of the same ones? – We try to bring the players together as much as possible – there will always be comrades – A mod of our own creation creates a unique deposit system that significantly diversifies the gameplay (see below) – An endless, undeveloped world that we are not going to wipe. A custom world generator makes the map much more interesting – Own host with 16 GB of RAM personally allows Minecraft to maintain a decent TPS even with a large loading area (there will be no lags on the server side). In addition, the machine is located in Moscow – not a single player out of about 100 who visited the server has yet complained about ping or connection speed – The server does not work for profit, but for the sake of an enjoyable game
What kind of assembly?The assembly on the server was carefully assembled over several years. The emphasis of the build is on automation, realism and long development, but there are no mods that specifically complicate the game (or almost).
