AvalonEarth is an earth smp server with a 1 to 500 scale map so there is a ton of space for players to make nations and claim land.
The server uses Towny so towns and nations are a big part of the gameplay. Anyone can start a nation because the server gives you starter money. You do not need to grind first or meet some player requirement just to get started.
The first season launched in September and the community from that season was strong. Now the second season is out and a lot of new players are joining in and building fresh nations.
There are lots of wars and conflicts between nations if you like pvp and strategy. But if you do not enjoy fighting you can still live a peaceful life and try to avoid the battles and just focus on building.
You mainly make money with jobs farming and fishing and the server is adding more ways to earn money soon. Overall it feels like a nation based survival world where both war players and peaceful players can have fun.

Nation States is a new semi vanilla server that is all about building nations and telling stories. It uses the towny claiming system so you can make towns and turn them into big countries with your friends.
The whole server is focused on nationbuilding diplomacy trade war and lots of interaction between players. People are encouraged to roleplay and make lore for their nations. You can make allies or enemies and fight over land on a custom map that is about 5k by 5k.
The theme is early antiquity so it feels like playing in really old times with young empires and new kingdoms. The server wants everyone to follow the spirit of the server. That means you should be here for fun roleplay lore and conflicts and not just to ruin the experience for others.

United Lands is a Towny Earth SMP where players build nations on a 1 to 500 scale map of the real world. It feels like a mix of survival building and politics where people fight wars or make alliances and shape big empires.
There are seven different jobs you can level up and they have skill trees so you can progress in your own way. If you grind enough you can unlock powerful Masterwork Armor and cool upgrades like more sethomes or even flying inside your town. You can join an existing town or nation or you can try to start your own and see if you can survive.
The economy is fully run by players. There are no admin shops. Instead people use player warps to make their own stores. Some shops focus on selling tons of items while others have the best prices so you have to explore and decide where to spend your money or become a shop owner yourself.
The server also has custom gear and a bunch of custom items including new foods like avocados and mac and cheese which is pretty funny to see in Minecraft. There is a big focus on fair play because the server store only sells cosmetic stuff and sponsorships do not give any gameplay advantages.
