This server is all about Minecraft politics and it feels like a big social experiment. The world has a main spawn with a nice fountain and a Town Hall that holds the official rule book. The capital city has clear borders so land inside it feels like it actually matters and has value.
Players can build where they want. You go outside the city to farm and gather stuff so you have to bring things back and trade. That makes roads and transport and markets feel important because people need each other.
Every week there is a mayor election. People who want to run give one speech and then everyone votes. The winner becomes mayor for that term. The mayor can add one new rule or remove one rule each term. They also can start community projects and set small taxes.
Taxes go into a protected public treasury so the money is for the whole city and not just one player. The currency is resin bricks and the whole economy is run by players using those bricks.
The server is built so order slowly appears out of freedom. The community decides how strict or how chill it is. All the rules and changes come from what the players vote for and what the mayors do.

Broken Crown is a towny server that wants a more old school style. It is all about building towns and nations on a big Earth map and then deciding if you want to go to war or just chill. PVP is turned on so danger is always there but war is still your choice.
The server uses the outlaw system from towny as a kind of police thing. That means towns and nations can deal with trouble players in their own borders. It makes the world feel like it has real rules and politics that come from the players.
Right now the main features are a 30k by 15k Earth map brewery so you can make drinks a diamond based economy realistic crop growth and a populated Earth map. The owner does not monetize the server because they want that classic towny experience back where you just play without a store.
The server works for Java and Bedrock players but it does not sync your accounts between them. More features might be added before launch so it feels like an upcoming project that is still growing.

ArcticMC SMP is a really chill survival server that uses Towny and Factions so players can make towns or claim their own land. It feels calm and cozy and it is made for people who just want to relax and play.
The world has custom generation so there are big valleys and rolling hills that look nice for building bases and mega projects. While you play you can use McMMO to level up skills and slowly get stronger just by doing normal stuff.
