Ruby Civ is a new Minecraft server that has been up for about a week. It has around 20 active players so it feels busy but still easy to know people.
The whole point is civ style play where you can create your own civilization or join one that already exists. Most people are here to build and chill and just have a good time.
The admins and the community seem really nice. The owner is also proud of the anticheat so it feels protected from weird stuff.
It is crossplay so more people can join together. The vibe is relaxed so just pick a group or start your own and build something cool.
