Everwaves SMP is a vanilla survival server where you can check out the world before you even try to join. It has a live 3D Bluemap you can open in your browser so you can see builds and terrain and even watch players moving around in real time.
The world is fresh and started about a month ago and it is running Minecraft 1.21.11. The End opened 2 weeks ago so it still feels early and there is lots of time to get set up.
It is community driven with a shared shopping district for trading. The server is trust based so there are no land claims and no towny and no economy plugins. The vibe is Hermitcraft inspired with big builds shops and long term play plus events.
It has some vanilla plus stuff that the community voted on like a DeathChest with a 30 minute timer and 1 sethome and proximity voice chat. There are also armor stand tools toggleable phantoms universal dyeing and more stairs and trapdoors.
The server is whitelisted and moderated with active staff so it stays fair chill and grief free.
