ArcticMC is a new survival server that started only a couple days ago. It feels like a chill place but it still has faction style conflict and town building.
You can make a town claim land and team up with others or try to take territory for yourself. PvP matters here and they use an honor system for fights which they explain in their rules.
It also has McMMO style skills so you level up things like mining combat and more while you play. There are custom items too and they even have furniture that is entity based so they plan chunk limits to help with lag.
The world uses Tectonic generation so the terrain looks big and realistic with mountains and valleys. The community vibe is calm and friendly so you can grind build explore or just hang out.
