Kings Gambit is a modded Java medieval roleplay server where the kingdom changes because of the players.
When you join you can pick jobs like City Watch Servant Merchant Farmer and Hunter or Butcher. Every job matters and it helps the economy keep moving.
The map is split between different Noble Houses. Each house controls its own land and can set taxes for the people living there. They still answer to the Crown since all land belongs to it. Nobles can grow their territory and build up settlements and influence.
You choose which house you live under but you can aim higher. If you stay loyal build a good reputation and play smart you can rise through the hierarchy and gain more power in the realm.

This server is a worldbuilding wars kind of place that starts on March 7th. It is on 1.21.11 and it feels like everyone begins from the same early spawn and then spreads out to build something bigger.
The whole point is that players decide almost everything. The economy and politics are made by the community and the admins try to stay out of it as much as possible.
It uses Lands so people can claim areas. It also has custom stuff like a fast travel sign warp system and proximity text chat so talking depends on how close you are.

Constructs of History is an upcoming geopolitical Minecraft server that is all about politics worldbuilding and roleplay. It is made for people who are tired of geopol servers that feel too scripted and predictable.
The project has been in development for about 6 to 7 months and it already has a community with over 200 members. The server is planning a modpack with around 100 mods and it is meant to be optimized so it can run smoothly even on weaker computers.
At launch it is planned to have a custom coded claiming tool and a war and conflict system to make fights over land feel more strategic.
