GOOMB SMP is a vanilla survival server in an amplified world and it is on Season 2. The world reset about a month ago so lots of people are still building new bases and exploring the huge terrain.
The border used to keep players close but it has been expanded so now there is more space for big plans. The End is open and the players even started an egg hunt event so people can meet up and interact.
The community feels really active with shops and trading and people sharing screenshots and talking in voice chats. The rules are serious about being respectful with no hate speech no NSFW and no drama. There is also no griefing no stealing and no unconsented PvP. You have to apply and get approved and then get whitelisted to play.
