This is a modded Java survival server set in a modern apocalypse where parasites are spreading and everything feels like a horror movie.
Players start inside a quarantined zone called Alpigus and everyone is stuck there for the first 7 days. The grid is stable at first but it is expected to fail and when it does the wall opens and the Nether unlocks and you can craft Ender Eyes.
There is a huge threat tied to the grid failure. Protocol Orion activates and a nuke drops inside the wall and it wipes everything in the zone. If you do not escape before the nuke time then you are basically done.
It is not hardcore. There is land claim so people cannot grief your builds or force PVP. Stealing is not protected so you still have to be smart and careful. PVP can be toggled inside claims with commands.
