Frontline Combat is a modded team based pvp server with a squad and battlefield kind of feel.
They run regular events every week and they keep trying to make each one better. The server uses their own custom mods and content so it feels more unique.
It is Java only and they are trying to grow the player base so more people can join in the fights.

I found a server that is all about Boat Hockey. It is a fast paced 3v3 minigame where it feels chaotic but you still need strategy.
There are more than 10 playstyles and each one has its own abilities so matches do not feel the same every time. It also tracks stats so you can see how you are doing.
