GoblinSMP is a semi anarchy survival server on Minecraft 1.21.11 that tries to keep things simple and player driven.
It has minimal rules and there are no claims or protection systems. Most stuff is just up to the players so it can get unpredictable.
The server stays more connected because the world border is 200000 by 200000. You end up running into people more often which leads to random teamwork or fights.
The map expands over time so there is new land later but the early game stays intense.

I found a long running anarchy server that is all about surviving the chaos and still building stuff anyway. They talk about a big event that kicked off their so called 5th age after spawn got wrecked so badly that fixing it stopped being possible.
There are two server options that split from the same world. One is no hacking and it runs on folia and canvas. The other one allows hacking and runs on fabric.
