I found a small scale vanilla survival server that keeps it simple. It is for people who want Minecraft without a bunch of crazy mods.
The chat is not supposed to be full of constant spam and the rules are simple. The staff is said to not be abusive and redstone usage is not restricted.
The server is in the EU region. It runs on version 1.21.11 with Hard difficulty and a view distance of 10.
