Realm of Thrones is a small brand new geopolitics style SMP where players build nations and decide how they want to play. You can join huge wars or just sit back and watch the chaos like a peaceful observer.
There are default ranks you unlock with in game money and time played so you do not have to vote to move up. There are dungeons to explore jobs to grind and a full pvp experience if you want to fight.
The server has an auction house and a buy and sell shop that makes players want to create their own shops. You can set up chest shops and even place bounties on other players.
If you are more chill you can make a peaceful nation that cannot be attacked so you can just relax and build without worrying about raids.

Prox SMP is a Minecraft server that is all about risk and freedom. It does not feel like those super safe SMPs where nothing bad can happen. Here the world feels dangerous and alive.
Griefing and stealing are allowed so you actually have to hide your base and protect your stuff. Players make factions and trading groups or go full hermit and try to survive alone. Every fight and raid can become part of the server story.

This is a small SMP called WhimsyWillow and it feels really cozy. It is semi vanilla so it still feels like normal Minecraft but with some twists.
The world is pretty new so there is a lot to explore. The world border keeps expanding so people keep finding fresh areas. There are over 100 different biomes so the terrain looks really cool and never the same.
You can play with optional origins so some players have special traits and others stay normal if they want. It keeps the server fun without forcing anyone to play a certain way.

Terrashift is a whitelisted vanilla style SMP that is all about collaboration and community. It feels kind of like a Hermitcraft type server where people like to build together and hang out.
The server runs close to vanilla but has a few datapacks like home teleport player heads more mob heads colored names armor statues fast leaf decay and wandering trades. This server is called All Outta Blocks and it is a chill 18 plus Java SMP. It feels like a big friend group where people hang out a lot and not just in Minecraft. There are usually a few to around twenty players on and the whole community is close to one hundred people.
The world is set up kind of like Hermitcraft. There is a diamond based economy and a shopping district where players make shops. There are also public builds and shared projects so you do not have to play alone if you do not want to.
The server is mostly vanilla but not fully. It has proximity chat so you can talk when you get close to someone in game. There are homes and player warps and some cosmetic and quality of life plugins. New plugins get added from community requests and polls so the players help decide how the server grows.

This is a semi vanilla survival server where the whole thing is about community economy and building cool stuff together. It feels like a normal Minecraft world but with a few helpful plugins so your stuff is safe and you can trade with other players.
The economy is all based on diamonds so people actually mine and trade instead of using random money numbers. You can set up player shops and use a shop menu to browse everything really fast. It makes trading feel simple and kind of addicting.

EverChanging SMP is a survival multiplayer server that always tries to feel new.
The cool thing is that every season the server changes the plugins it uses. One season can be about Lifesteal then another season can be something like Blitz or Infuse. Each reset turns the server into a different gameplay experience so it does not get boring.

HarmonyMC is a survival smp that feels different from the usual servers I see.
The server is focused on custom plugins that actually change how you play. When you die there is a new inventory management system so deaths feel more controlled. You can also recycle items and turn armor tools and weapons back into ingots at fifty percent value so junk gear is actually useful.
There are custom masks and custom ore generation with ore spawn rates reduced a lot so resources feel more rare. Fishing is also changed with a custom fishing system so it is not just plain old fishing.
Spawn has rentable market stalls so players can run their own shops. The economy is player driven so trading and prices are decided by players instead of a shop menu.
The server supports Minecraft 1.21 and higher on both Java and Bedrock so more people can join and play together.
