I found a Hardcore SMP where death is the end. There are no revives and no second chances. The world does not reset so everything that happens stays in the servers history.
The map is huge at 300000 by 300000 blocks. PvP is on everywhere and raiding and griefing are allowed. It feels like you always have to watch your back.
It stays close to vanilla but it has some plugins that fit the hardcore vibe. You can get player heads and you can loot a dead players Ender Chest. It also has Simple Voice Chat and deep stat tracking plus some quality of life stuff.
