### **Basic Rules**
1. **No Cheats / No Hacks**
No tools like X-Ray or Fly mods. If found, ban hammer comes down.

2. **No Griefing**
Don’t wreck or steal from other players. Keep it chill.

3. **No Toxicity or Spam**
No bad words or spam. Keep chat clean.

4. **Respect Others’ Builds**
Tours are fine, but don’t break stuff without asking.

5. **PvP with Consent Only**
Only fight if both agree. No surprise attacks.

6. **No Lag Machines**
No big hoppers or TNT farms. Keep the server smooth.

7. **Admin Decisions Are Final**
Break rules? You might get warned, kicked, or banned.

1. **No Big Builds Near Spawn**
Stay 200 blocks away from spawn for big stuff.

2. **Don’t Build on Others**
Ask before building close to someone else.

3. **Need Protection?**
