I found a modded Minecraft Bedrock server that is basically anarchy right now. There are no rules and moderation will not help you with anything.
The owner says they did not give themselves permissions. That makes it feel even more hands off and wild.
Every month the officials from the kingdoms or countries meet up and decide rules that the whole world has to follow. Each kingdom can still have extra rules inside their own land.
Land is based on biomes so borders are like where one biome ends and another starts. It turns into politics and fights and deals depending on who owns what.
