The funny part is the clouds have been broken since a Mojang update. The owner tried to fix it once and the terrain got reset in a weird way. It only wiped builds that overlapped with original terrain but other builds stayed. So the world looks lived in but also a little cursed.
There used to be a plugin that raised the build limit super high like around 2000 and when that got deleted it fixed the cloud issue for a bit. But now clouds are gone again and it has been like this since June.
