This is a hardcore server where survival actually matters. You only get one life. If you die you are banned and there are no respawns and no second chances. Every move feels risky and every fight can be your last.
The server is semi anarchy. PvP is allowed. Raiding is allowed. Griefing is allowed. You can make alliances and then betray them. You can start wars and build your own politics with other players.
Staff does not step in during player conflicts or wars. There is no admin fixing outcomes or playing favorites. What players do is what really shapes the world.
There is a huge world border that is 400000 by 400000. The map is massive so you can explore far away, hide your base, and try to build long term empires if you can stay alive.
You have to play smart and trust people very carefully. Your first day can decide if you survive the week or not.

This server is called SmartieSMP and it is actually real vanilla. It does not have gameplay changing plugins and there are no home commands or teleports or pay to win stuff. You just play survival how the game is meant to be played and you have to earn everything yourself.
The world is shaped only by the players. People build bases and empires and make alliances or have conflicts. Player skill matters a lot here. Stuff like farming redstone pvp and defending your base really counts. There is one small quality of life tweak which is a simple combat log system so pvp is more fair.
Season Two has been going for about a week and there is a community Ender Dragon fight planned soon. The staff is active and fair and they only enforce the important rules so the server still feels free but not chaotic.
To play you need Java Edition between version 1.21 and 1.21.9 and you have to get whitelisted first. The server is looking for active players who like the pure vanilla feeling with no shortcuts. They also want new team members who can help grow the project during Season Two.
